Ladera Ranch AYSO tries its best to accommodate all refunds in a timely and accurate fashion. Processing for all refunds can take up to 4 weeks and checks will only be sent after the REFUND FORM is filled out completely and submitted.
All requests are subject to review by the Regional Commissioner, Registrar and Treasurer before being approved. Please contact the Registrar, [email protected], with any questions.
The AYSO National Membership Fee of $20.00 are non-refundable and covers the time period from August 1st – July 31st. This fee includes athlete’s accident insurance, yearly AYSO membership card, PLAYSOCCER magazine, etc.
FALL SEASON
· Up to June 30: Full Refund minus $20 (National Fee) + $2.75 (Sport Connect Transaction Fee)
· July 1 – 31: Refund minus $50 (includes National Fee) + $2.75 (Sport Connect Transaction Fee)
· August 1 – 31: No Refunds unless a replacement player can fill the spot. Then a refund minus $75 (includes National Fee) will be given + $2.75 (Sport Connect Transaction Fee)
· After September 1: No Refunds will be given
WINTER SEASON
· No Refunds will be given
SPRING SEASON
· Up to December 31: Full Refund*
· January 1 – 31: Refund minus $50*
· After February 1-28: No Refunds unless a replacement player can fill the spot. Then a refund minus $75 (includes National Fee) will be given.
*If a player did not play Fall and has paid the National Fee of $20 for Spring + $2.75 (Sport Connect Transaction Fee), these fees will also be non-refundable.
If a player is not placed on a team, a full refund will be issued (minus the $20 National Fee + $2.75 (Sport Connect Transaction Fee))
