Player Registration Cancellation

Please fill out the  PLAYER CANCELLATION REQUEST FORM ASAP to notify us of your desire to cancel your player’s registration. We try our best to balance teams, and the sooner we know of cancellations, the better we can try to re-balance that team.

Once we receive the cancellation form, the Registrar will process the player's cancellation, which is final and irreversible. If plans change, you can potentially re-register your player at whatever rate the division fee is at that time, and subject to availability within the division.

Refund Policy

The dates by which refunds are available are based on when you submit the PLAYER CANCELLATION REQUEST FORM.

If you cancel a player's registration within the timeframe listed below, the refund will typically be credited to the card you used during registration (or via check). 

AYSO 1455 tries its best to accommodate all refunds in a timely and accurate fashion. Processing for all refunds can take up to 4 weeks after the PLAYER CANCELLATION REQUEST FORM is filled out completely and submitted.

All requests are subject to review by the Regional Commissioner, Registrar and Treasurer before being approved. Please contact the Registrar [email protected], with any questions.

The Registration fee consists of three parts (Regional Fee, AYSO National Membership Fee and a transaction fee)  The AYSO National Membership Fee of $25.00 is non-refundable and covers the time period from August 1st – July 31st.  This fee includes athlete’s supplemental accident insurance.  The transaction fee of $3.50 is also non-refundable.

FALL SEASON

• June 30th – Last Day for Full Regional Fee Refund (does not include transaction fees or AYSO National Membership Fee)
• July 1st – July 31st – Refund Regional Fee minus $50 (does not include transaction fees or AYSO National Membership Fee) 
• August 1st and after – No refunds*

SPRING SEASON

• December 31st – Last Day for Full Regional Fee Refund (does not include transaction fees or AYSO National Membership Fee)
• January 1st to January 31st – Refund Regional Fee minus $50 (does not include transaction fees or AYSO National Membership Fee) 
• After February 1st – No refunds*

*If a player is not placed on a team by the league, a full regional fee refund will be issued.

Please make every effort to decide before June 1st or December 31 whether your children will be playing soccer with Ladera Ranch AYSO. Late drops make it difficult to keep teams balanced and we want to avoid having uniforms and services go to waste.
