Our Legends of Ladera (LOL) Tournament and Volunteer Appreciation is Sunday, November 3th at Founders Park. This is our special THANK YOU to all coaches, referees (who covered 4+ games) and board members with a fun little soccer tournament included. Come hang out with your AYSO family for a fun day!

This year, based on registration, we will determine if we are playing 11v11 or 7v7. Teams will be mixed up and you can request one friend to play with (make sure they request you too!). We want to keep this tournament fun and family friendly!

Tournament Cost:
$20 for already insured players through adult league (2 jerseys and free burger meal included)
$30 for players NOT insured through adult league (2 jerseys, free burger meal and insurance included)
Additional Burger/Cheeseburger meal $10/each

Whether you want to play or just come watch (and eat a FREE In-n-Out Burger), you must fill out this form. (Same day tickets/sales are NOT guaranteed) One form per volunteer and/or player. Please coordinate your burger orders if more than one family member is filling out a form.

There are two items to fill out...the first is one every attendee and/or player should fill out. The second is for adult players only that want to play in the LOL (sorry, due to insurance reasons, no minors may play in this tournament). All registrants must be in good standing with the league.
